All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock unfortunately it is not possible to place the order. However, you may subscribe to be notified either by phone or email when item arrives.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time is usually within 20-35 days but we are doing our best to make waiting time shorter. Depending on our supplier will be provided to you once your order is placed. If carrier don’t have tracking option you will be notified in confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [20] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Additional shipping charges may apply due to different country customs regulations but we cannot control that. As a friendly reminder if you are purchasing larger quantities or heavy items please check with your local custom service so you can avoid unnecessary expense. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
